The grapes, coming from the selected Touriga Nacional vineyard, are vinified in the open spout system. Fermentation lasts around 1 month at a controlled temperature between 14º to 16º C.
In floral and wild fruit aroma, characteristic of Touriga Nacional.
In the mouth, red fruit flavor with a very fresh finish.
